From 2 to July 7, 2007 last, held in Antigua a regional workshop discussion on "ICT and the network economy," at the invitation of the Common Wealth Secretariat and the Government of Antigua. The main aim of this workshop is to evaluate the evolution of ICT in the economies of the region. Experts from over 15 countries in the Caribbean attended this event.

In this workshop, Turbo System showed how the company solutions have effectively helped improve the management capacity of enterprises and institutions operating in public and private sector. The following solutions have been presented to the attendees:

- SYSDEP, an Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) developed for the Haitian State in the context of e-government, which has allowed the Haitian State to control its costs, and improved quality of services offered to tax payers.
- Integrated Money and Goods Transfer System (IMTS) developed for a financial institution operating in the Caribbean, the United States and Canada.
- Turbo Business Management Solutions (TBMS), an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), a complete tool of administrative and financial management with features found only in the best ERP existing.
